Well, all of my worries and negativity were unfounded. Her meal planning was simple to follow and set me up for success throughout the week. The dishes were easy but really flavorful. It never felt like a diet to me. Her meal plan has helped me explore different ways of cooking and re-invigorated my love of food with minimal effort. I am looking forward to her next meal suggestions!
